What we’re actually doing

The internet has an “are you a real human?” problem. World fixes it. We bring it to the public.

Bots, fake profiles, sock puppets, scam texts, dodgy sites that ask for your data. World is the privacy-preserving infrastructure that fixes the underlying problem — proving you’re real, online, without handing over your personal information. 18M+ people have already joined.

Our job is on-the-ground: we teach and invite people to join. They walk past a kiosk, we explain it, and if it lands, they get verified in about two minutes. They walk away with the World App — mini-apps, chat, games, and instant vouchers from partners like Deliveroo, Uber, and more. Free, voluntary, no data collected by us, no investment, no sale.

We started this work in Portugal (500k+ verified). Then Brazil (200k verified, 14 live locations stood up in under three months). More recently, London. Portugal is where the operation is most mature.

Why this is rare

A real ladder, real money, real contracts — at the front of something new.

Most field roles in Portugal are temp work, freelance receipts, or a flat-hourly shopping-mall job with no real path. This is none of those.

Real money for impact

Monthly base + uncapped performance pool.

Your kiosk’s whole team builds a shared pool from signup volume. Push into a higher band, the whole period gets repainted at the higher rate.

Employment contract, agreed minimum hours, holiday, social security.
