What you’ll do
You’re the autonomous engine of the kiosk. On a typical shift:
- Open or close the kiosk alone. Setup, quick briefing, and from there the kiosk is yours.
- Start conversations and run verifications — everything a Promoter does, but with more experience and rhythm.
- Coach the Promoter beside you. When a new Promoter starts, you bring them up to speed — demos, role-plays, real-time feedback.
- Resolve small issues without calling the Team Leader. Confused visitor? Hostile passer-by? Flaky equipment? You handle it.
- Report the number to the TL at end of shift.
What we look for
- Prior experience in customer-facing work, field sales, or door-to-door fundraising. You don’t need to have done this exact role — but you need to know how to stand in front of people.
- Autonomy. Half your shifts won’t have a TL on the floor. You’re the reference point.
- Coaching ability. Being good isn’t enough — you have to make the next person good too.
- Weekend availability.
