What you’ll do
You’re accountable for the whole kiosk — people, numbers, conduct, process.
- Lead a team of 3–4 (Promoters + Ambassadors) per shift.
- Hit the daily number. Scans/day, conversion, quality. The kiosk is your KPI.
- Run the daily briefing — 10 minutes before opening: energy, focus, expectations.
- Coach in real time. When someone’s off-rhythm, you step in, adjust, bring them back.
- Report weekly to the Account Manager. Kiosk health, risks, proposals.
- Handle what comes up — equipment, the mall, internal conflict, difficult visitor.
- Recruit and onboard new members of your team (with AM support).
What we look for
- Field leadership experience. Shop supervisor, team lead, events coordinator, sergeant, team captain — the title matters less than having had people depend on you in a real shift.
- Ability to give direct feedback without drama. You’ll have to say hard things to people you like. It’s part of the job.
- Numbers mindset. You don’t need to be an analyst — you need to enjoy watching the number climb and understand what moves it.
- Full-time availability, including weekends.
