What you’ll do
On a typical shift, you’re at the kiosk inside a Portuguese shopping centre. People walk past — hundreds per hour on a good Saturday. You start the conversation, explain the World project in 30 seconds, and if it lands, help them through the Orb verification. About two minutes per person.
You don’t sell anything. You don’t ask for data. You’re not pushy. It’s a direct, friendly conversation about something genuinely new.
Throughout the day you also:
- Hit your number — scans/day, approach-to-scan conversion rate.
- Maintain the kiosk — clean, organised, materials in place.
- Support the Ambassador and Team Leader on shift coordination.
- Take direct feedback — and give it.
What we look for
We don’t look for experience. We look for:
- Energy to start conversations with strangers — and keep that energy on the 273rd approach as on the 1st.
- Genuine curiosity about technology, identity, and the future of the internet. If you’ve heard of World, great. If not, even better — we’ll teach you.
- Team attitude. The kiosk numbers are shared. When someone next to you is down, you pick them up. When you’re down, someone picks you up.
- Weekend availability — that’s where the numbers are.
